As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you'll design and optimize processes for lead management and lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and data integrity while supporting marketing and sales teams.

Own and grow strategic relationships with large Canadian merchants. Develop multi-year account plans, negotiate contracts and pricing, analyze partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate Product, Technical, Credit, Analytics, Marketing, and Risk teams. Manage customer health, retention, adoption, and business outcomes while influencing executive stakeholders and driving complex commercial initiatives.

Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers supporting SMB merchants post-sale. Drive technical integrations, troubleshoot escalations, set OKRs, forecast hiring, and advocate cross-functionally to increase merchant adoption and product optimization.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise and SMB merchant accounts in Canada, driving adoption, growth, and retention. Define strategic account plans, negotiate commercial terms, analyze performance, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver partner initiatives and business outcomes.
