As a Staff Product Designer focused in Design Systems, you’ll play a key role in the architecture and evolution of Dropbox’s design system (DIG), and all design systems practices within Dropbox. Responsibilities include driving the architecture and evolution of the design system, strengthening design system foundations, and evolving design systems operations to better support internal customers.

As a Product Designer at Dropbox Design, you will frame customer problems, generate solutions, design interactions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product development. You should have 5+ years of UX-related experience, high attention to detail in visual design, prototyping skills, customer obsession, and the ability to work closely with various team members. Preferred qualifications include experience in SaaS environment and redesigning mature products.
