The Manager, IT Quality Assurance is responsible for the overall testing strategy, execution, and quality standards of multiple CNA Canada technology implementations. They collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes, drive testing engagements, optimize test automation, and support Agile delivery practices.

Individual contributor responsible for risk control assessment, evaluation, consulting, and technical support on complex issues in Commercial Mid-Market. Requires fluency in French and English. Must have strong technical expertise, risk control evaluation skills, and extensive experience in the field.
