Build and manage a global Afterpay and Cash App enablement and training strategy for sales, account management, partnerships, and customer success teams. Own the internal content platform, facilitate training, communicate product and business updates, coordinate with revenue leadership and GTM functions, and use AI to scale learning programs. Measure program impact on sales performance while adapting enablement solutions to regional needs across North America, the UK, and APAC.
