Leads multiple Fraud Operations teams focused on disputes and compliance. Responsibilities include developing people leaders and individual contributors, setting operational strategy, improving productivity and quality, managing service levels and queue health, resolving complex risk events, driving cross-functional alignment, and implementing scalable process improvements. The role requires significant fraud operations and people leadership experience, strategic planning, change management, AI-enabled efficiency initiatives, and continuous improvement expertise.

Own and optimize top-of-funnel revenue operations processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, workflow automation, attribution tracking, funnel analysis, and Salesforce-related tooling. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Business Systems, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, speed-to-lead, process scalability, and team enablement.

Owns go-to-market strategy and execution for a product line or segment, including rollout planning, field enablement, playbook development, adoption tracking, and performance analysis. Translates product and pricing inputs into practical commercial plans, collaborates with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations, and identifies launch risks and improvement opportunities through customer and field feedback.
