Provide advanced technical support for GitLab’s largest customers, troubleshooting complex Linux, GitLab, CI/CD, infrastructure, and integration issues. Build customer relationships, resolve critical incidents, collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales teams, create reusable support documentation, share knowledge, and participate in hiring. The role requires strong Linux systems expertise, scripting ability, debugging skills, and familiarity with Kubernetes and serverless technologies.

Lead and scale GitLab's AWS and GCP marketplace and funding operations. Own marketplace processes, administer hyperscaler tooling (Tackle.io, Salesforce), drive funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP), resolve escalations, build AI automation agents, govern processes, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable hyperscaler go-to-market execution.

Provide technical support for Self-managed and GitLab.com customers via tickets and calls; troubleshoot Linux systems and GitLab installations; write bug reports, documentation, and fixes; collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, and Customer Success; participate in on-call rotations and hiring processes.
