Lead a global End User Services team delivering 24/5 support for GitLab's SaaS toolstack. Own EUS strategy, incident/request/problem/change management, SLAs, CSAT, asset and SaaS lifecycle, and scale support via automation, self-service, and AI. Partner cross-functionally with People, Security, IT Engineering, Workplace, Finance, and Procurement to optimize onboarding, tooling, vendor relationships, and operational KPIs.

Lead and scale GitLab's AWS and GCP marketplace and funding operations. Own marketplace processes, administer hyperscaler tooling (Tackle.io, Salesforce), drive funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP), resolve escalations, build AI automation agents, govern processes, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate, scalable hyperscaler go-to-market execution.

Support and maintain a 10+ tool revenue tech stack, troubleshoot and provision end users, coordinate vendors, identify and implement process and integration improvements, build reporting and dashboards, document workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive tool adoption and automation across GTM teams.
