Lead performance, governance, strategy, and transformation across Affirm’s global BPO vendor network. Own vendor service levels, customer experience, compliance, quality, analytics, escalations, and executive governance. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, QA, and Workforce Management. Drive vendor migrations, product and process rollouts, regulatory implementations, change management, continuous improvement, and data-informed interventions across a large multi-geography partner network.
