Leads organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption across global transformation and transition initiatives. Develops change strategies, messaging, impact assessments, training coordination, and mitigation plans while supporting program governance, reporting, risk tracking, business requirements, and transition execution. Partners with leaders, HR, Communications, and operational teams to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

Performs general ledger accounting, including journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, fixed asset processing, intercompany confirmations, financial analysis, month-end close, consolidation reporting, internal controls review, and issue resolution in compliance with accounting policies and service-level agreements.

Supervises an Account to Report team responsible for general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation. Ensures GAAP and policy compliance, service-level delivery, KPI achievement, issue resolution, and process quality. Leads transitions and improvement initiatives, manages escalations, coaches team members, and partners with internal stakeholders. Requires accounting experience, supervisory leadership, ERP expertise, and shared services or BPO exposure.

Coordinate delivery of the Financial Close Transformation program by integrating BlackLine, SAP AFC, SAP S/4HANA and related finance apps. Manage cross-functional workstreams, roadmaps, risks, testing, cutover and go-live readiness, documentation, governance, and stakeholder communications while driving standardization and continuous improvement across international teams.

Supervises Account to Report accounting operations, including general ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end closing, reconciliations, reporting, and consolidation. Ensures compliance with GAAP, accounting policies, service levels, and KPIs. Leads issue resolution, process improvements, migrations, stakeholder collaboration, and team development. Provides escalation support, reviews complex transactions, manages deliverables, and contributes to overall Record to Report tower objectives.

Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Supervise IFRS 15 revenue accounting operations, including complex contract assessments, transaction price allocation, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, audits, and SAP RAR reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition issues, improve processes and controls, and provide technical guidance to team members.
