Provide on-site Level II IT and limited OT support for manufacturing sites: troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, PLCs and SCADA; administer user accounts and edge devices; run training; track tickets; collaborate with vendors and security teams to maintain and improve IT/OT infrastructure and documentation.
