Manage multiple ERP software implementation projects end-to-end for municipal customers. Provide project planning, status reporting, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and customer acceptance. Coordinate internal teams, monitor budgets/schedules, and optimize consultant utilization while ensuring timely time and expense approvals.

Lead and coach a multi-product software support organization, manage escalations and SLAs, perform hands-on troubleshooting for ERP/accounting issues, improve support processes and metrics, and collaborate with Product, Development, and Customer Success to resolve customer issues and drive operational improvements.
