Creates and maintains digital product enablement resources, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training materials, and RFP responses. Supports product demonstrations and enablement sessions, manages content organization and version control in SharePoint, coordinates stakeholder input, and identifies content gaps through feedback. The role helps Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams communicate digital product capabilities clearly and consistently to internal teams, prospects, and clients.

Own the strategy, governance, architecture, and technical roadmap for an enterprise digital support platform. Establish workflow automation standards, quality controls, documentation, and performance measurement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, resolve complex architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and vendor enhancements. Lead data architecture efforts: design relational and physical data models, develop and maintain ETL and reporting solutions, ensure data quality and governance, monitor data loads, support database performance and security, and translate business requirements into data designs.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Conduct proactive outreach, develop client strategies with operations, use Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver superior client experience.
