Calgary-Based Advantus360 Joins Integrity360 Following Acquisition

The Irish cybersecurity firm will establish a North American regional services hub and a new security operations center in Calgary.

Advantus360, a Calgary-based provider of cybersecurity services, has been acquired by Integrity360, a cybersecurity firm headquartered in Ireland. Integrity360 has a global presence spanning the U.K., Europe and Africa, and this move will expand its footprint into the North American market.

Advantus360 provides cybersecurity consulting services such as design and architecture, integration, deployment, strategy development and training. It serves organizations in industries like oil, gas and energy, transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail and mining across Canada and the U.S. 

The Canadian company’s suite of offerings complements Integrity360’s offerings, which include cyber risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, infrastructure and tech services. Following the acquisition, Integrity360 will develop Advantus360 into a regional services hub serving Canada and the wider U.S. market. The company will also add a new Calgary-based security operations center in 2026.
