Calgary-Based SDK Tek Joins Montreal's Ateko in Acquisition

SDK will support Ateko’s expertise in data engineering and AI-powered automation following the acquisition.

SDK Tek, a Calgary-based data engineering and analytics integrator, has been acquired by Ateko, an IT service provider headquartered in Montreal and backed by Bell Canada. The deal will enhance Ateko’s ability to help businesses take full advantage of their data, embed AI into their operations, provide measurable outcomes and meet data security and privacy standards.

SDK Tek works to turn raw data into actionable intelligence. Integrating its team of AI and data specialists with Ateko will strengthen the latter’s expertise in AI-powered workflow automation and system integration.
