Teams at 3M

Develops new PPE sales opportunities across Western Canada by analyzing market data, prospecting target accounts, conducting customer outreach and site visits, expanding newly acquired accounts, delivering product training, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams. The role transitions mature accounts to account management teams and requires extensive regional travel, including overnight stays.

Leads cathode product engineering, including new product design, product support, prototype and pre-production builds, manufacturing scale-up, technical change management, process advancement, quality improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction. Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, process engineering, quality, supply chain, marketing, and application engineering teams while supporting safety, export controls, trade-secret protection, and customer-focused product innovation.

Leads cross-functional supply chain and logistics improvement projects, distribution center automation and process optimization initiatives, and PMO standardization. Manages project scope, plans, budgets, vendors, communications, and global stakeholders. Coaches project leaders, trains teams on project methodologies, and drives operational excellence across 3M Global Logistics.
