Manages accounts receivable and payable activities for US and Canadian operations, including invoicing, collections, supplier invoices, payment runs, bank reconciliations, customer payments, credit card transactions, month-end support, and financial reporting. Maintains accurate NetSuite records, resolves discrepancies, supports internal controls, and responds to customer and supplier inquiries while collaborating across Finance, Sales, People and Culture, and Operations.

Provides sales support through inbound and outbound lead management, prospect outreach, CRM updates, sales campaign follow-up, and lead generation for business development managers. The role engages educators and education leaders, communicates software value propositions, researches prospects, and maintains accurate Salesforce data. Success requires strong communication, organization, resilience, client focus, and the ability to manage a busy, target-driven sales environment.
