Design spec-driven tests, build AI-assisted test automation and agentic workflows, run AI evals and observability, mentor junior QA, triage and close bugs, and improve QA processes across the SDLC.

Lead and scale a multi-region enterprise sales organization (NAM + EMEA), own enterprise bookings and forecast accuracy, coach directors and 20+ AEs, drive pipeline health and GTM strategy, influence product roadmap, personally engage high-value deals, and build a metrics-driven, high-performance sales culture.

Own and expand Absorb’s largest accounts by building strategic account plans, driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities, managing pipeline to closed-won, coordinating internal resources, demonstrating Absorb LMS, and mitigating churn in collaboration with Customer Success.
