Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution and business process design, functional specifications, configuration troubleshooting, testing, deployment, documentation, training, change management, reporting, and solution enhancements. The consultant also supports workshops, coaches workstream teams, manages customer issues, and conducts feasibility studies. Travel up to 80% is required.
