Lead EPCM and PMC projects for cryogenic and modularized gas processing facilities. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up while managing project controls, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, contractors, quality, HSE, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Direct project engineers and discipline specialists, oversee technical deliverables, lead meetings and reporting, and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.

Perform detailed piping stress and flexibility analyses for oil sands and heavy oil processing facilities. Develop CAESAR II models, assess thermal, seismic, wind, dynamic, and settlement loads, evaluate equipment nozzle loads, and design pipe supports. Prepare engineering calculations, reports, sketches, and recommendations while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role requires advanced piping stress expertise, knowledge of Canadian standards and ASME codes, and experience with high-temperature hydrocarbon service, wear-resistant piping, Victaulic couplings, and CCO spools.

Lead project engineering for large greenfield oil and gas compression FEED projects. Responsibilities include managing schedules, engineering and cost estimates, vendor RFQs and evaluations, project documentation, construction work packages, regulatory code application, equipment and piping specifications, HAZOP participation, squad checks, stakeholder communication, and deadline management.
