Represent TELUS through direct residential sales in Calgary, connect with customers, recommend telecommunications solutions, build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through training and coaching. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses and a training bonus of up to $600 per week. The role offers advancement opportunities and an 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM schedule.

Conduct direct residential sales for TELUS products and services in Calgary. Meet homeowners, assess customer needs, recommend solutions, build relationships, and achieve individual and team sales goals. The role offers training, mentorship, uncapped commission-based compensation, performance incentives, and leadership development opportunities.

Promote TELUS telecommunications products through door-to-door sales and event promotions. Assess customer needs, recommend suitable services, place quality orders, provide customer service, and follow up on referrals. The role offers vendor training, advancement opportunities, incentives, bonuses, and uncapped commission-based compensation. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.

Monitor and enforce sales quality and compliance, support audits and investigations, track corrective actions, communicate trends and best practices to agents, maintain quality training programs and confidential records, and collaborate with operations and other departments to resolve escalations.
