Drive strategic planning, staff development, organizational design, financial and risk management, change leadership, client satisfaction, and cross-regional collaboration to ensure quality project execution and business growth.

Lead implementation and advancement of BIM environments, standards, and digital workflows. Configure and maintain BIM systems, ensure model health and QA, mentor BIM staff, resolve complex technical issues, and drive process improvements and governance across multidisciplinary projects.

Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering municipal water and wastewater conveyance projects from planning through construction. Manage schedule, budget, quality, stakeholder communication, permit acquisition, technical design, specifications, tendering, site visits, and provide guidance to technical staff.
