Lead architectural design and delivery for social infrastructure and transit projects across Canada. Manage transdisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants, produce high-quality contract documents, drive proposals, mentor staff, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule and client expectations from inception through completion.

Lead air quality assessments and regulatory compliance projects including dispersion modeling (AERMOD, CALPUFF, CAL3QHCR), emissions inventories (EPA MOVES), permitting, ambient monitoring oversight, client/regulator liaison, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development. Drive technical quality, reports, and automation of workflows using Python or R.

Provide senior technical and management guidance for transit and rail projects across design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance; resolve complex constructability issues; support proposals, specifications, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and business development for Western Canada projects.
