Leads multidisciplinary municipal drinking water and wastewater conveyance projects from planning and design through construction. Responsibilities include managing teams, budgets, schedules, quality, technical deliverables, standards, permits, stakeholder communications, specifications, design reviews, site visits, and construction continuity. Requires a bachelor's degree, substantial project management experience, and Professional Engineer registration or eligibility in Alberta.

Design and analyze electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects across water, wastewater, transportation, commercial, institutional, and sustainability sectors. Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and technical documentation; conduct site visits and inspections; identify discrepancies and recommend solutions; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders; provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians; and ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Conduct hydrogeological investigations for mining, water supply, remediation, infrastructure, and waste management projects. Design wells, aquifer tests, and field investigations; analyze groundwater and water quality data; build geological and numerical groundwater models; prepare regulatory reports; mentor staff; support proposals and cost estimates; manage project budgets, schedules, safety, staffing, and client and regulator relationships. Travel across Canada is required.
