Teams at Affirm

Write and refine copy for email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web. Collaborate with product, marketing, design, engineering, and legal teams to develop messaging frameworks, maintain voice and tone, support campaigns, and optimize content through A/B testing and performance analysis. Ensure messaging is clear, scalable, user-centric, and compliant with regulatory standards across Affirm’s digital experiences.

Build and improve reliable, scalable frontend experiences for Affirm’s pre-checkout products, including Affirm.js, promotional messaging, experimentation, and developer-facing tooling. Use browser debugging, monitoring, metrics, and testing tools to maintain accessible, performant cross-browser experiences. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, contribute to code reviews, troubleshoot operational issues, and write clear, well-tested, extensible code.

Own and deliver high-availability authentication, verification, and fraud experiences across web, backend, and mobile interfaces. Lead quarterly goals, technical planning, system delivery, code quality, operational availability, and on-call support. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics stakeholders, resolve complex technical and business issues, mentor engineers, and promote engineering standards. The role requires expertise in React or Vue, JavaScript or TypeScript, large codebases, scalable architecture, and effective communication.
