Support end-to-end Power BI report development: gather requirements, design data models and ETL, build dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, manage data sources (SharePoint, SQL, APIs), resolve data quality issues, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and processes.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage reception and phone/email/Teams inquiries, handle mail/couriers, support device provisioning and office supplies, assist with AP and EHS/facilities tasks, coordinate vendors and meeting spaces, perform data entry/timecard tasks, and support office events and general administrative duties to maintain a functional, safe, and organized Calgary office.

Provides strategic financial analysis, governance, controls, and operational oversight; partners with business leaders, drives process improvement and digital initiatives, manages third-party logistics, and represents the company with auditors, banks, suppliers and major customers.
