Provides general HR support across recruitment, training, policies, analytics, employee relations, performance management, investigations, benefits, payroll coordination, disability management, accommodations, and HR administration. Advises employees and managers on HR policies and programs while ensuring compliance with employment legislation across Canadian jurisdictions.

Serve as the primary client liaison for laboratory inquiries, maintaining relationships through meetings, email, and phone communication. Manage work orders, sample notifications, certificates, exports, invoices, turnaround-time updates, sample integrity issues, client instructions, reanalysis, and project coordination with laboratory teams. Provide accurate status updates, address customer needs, recommend reporting options, and contribute to team training while maintaining quality, organization, and responsiveness.

Provide HR administrative and recruitment support across provinces: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, update ADP Workforce Now, review HRIS reports, liaise with Payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws, support employee programs, and deliver timely service.
