Provides administrative support to management, sales, marketing, and business development teams. Responsibilities include travel booking, ordering and invoicing, mail collection, vendor follow-up, purchase order creation, CRM updates, reporting, meeting preparation, office meeting coordination, and general office administration. The role requires strong computer, communication, organization, time management, multitasking, customer service, and confidentiality skills.

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, employee changes, reconciliations, reporting, year-end documentation, and payroll compliance. Resolve employee and management inquiries, support payroll team members, and improve payroll processes. The role requires Canadian payroll expertise, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and preferably a completed or in-progress PCP designation.

Creates brochures, posters, social media graphics, event signage, web graphics, laboratory assets, and other digital and print materials. Maintains brand consistency, prepares technically accurate files, manages asset libraries, supports marketing stakeholders, incorporates feedback, and balances multiple projects and deadlines.
