Teams at AGAT Laboratories

Serve as primary client liaison for laboratory inquiries, build and maintain client relationships via face-to-face, email, and phone; manage work order expectations, communications on sample receipt, certificates, invoices and TAT delays; coordinate with lab operations; update client instructions; participate in team training and maintain departmental knowledge.

Support AGAT's HSE team by administering ISO 45001 and COR programs, managing contractor compliance platforms, coordinating audits and training, maintaining records, and supporting incident and risk management.

Manage domestic and international shipments, prepare shipping and customs documentation, coordinate couriers and internal teams, maintain inventory and LIMS entries, ensure compliance with shipping regulations and dangerous goods protocols, and oversee shipping area organization.
