Performs reception and business-office duties in a long-term care setting, including maintaining files and records, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, greeting visitors, responding to routine inquiries, relaying messages, and supporting a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Legal team, coordinating contract intake, corporate transactions, governance, litigation tracking, legal files, policy administration, reporting, legal spend, and team projects. Maintains confidential records, supports process improvements and technology solutions, prepares documentation, manages stakeholder requests, and provides backup administrative and reception coverage.

Plans, coordinates, and delivers resident-centered recreation and leisure programs for seniors. The role supports resident assessments, documents participation and program outcomes, builds relationships with residents and families, facilitates events and outings, assists with transportation, and supports meal service and other resident routines. Strong communication, compassion, teamwork, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and a recreation-related diploma are required.
