Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for enterprise customers using Akamai cloud compute solutions. Drive adoption, retention, and cloud consumption growth by developing success plans, advising on workload placement, performance optimization, and AI inferencing use cases. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, run business reviews, and manage customer success metrics (retention, NPS, cloud consumption).
