Serve as main contact for Group Plan Administrator Support, handling inbound calls and emails, researching and resolving client issues, providing online demonstrations, conducting audits, updating systems, collaborating with teams, and supporting internal/external clients via Microsoft Teams to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Mid-level system analyst responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing and supporting Oracle-based applications (primarily PL/SQL). Sell and promote travel insurance plans via inbound/outbound calls and online channels. Assess customer needs, build rapport, provide product knowledge, follow up leads, maintain excellent customer service, meet quarterly sales targets, complete LLQP licensing, and pass a criminal background check.

Provide administrative and operational support for Group Sales: prepare proposals, process enrolments and transactions, maintain advisor and client records, collaborate with account executives and underwriting, resolve discrepancies, and participate in process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality advisor and client experiences.

Collect, clean, validate and extract financial and operational data; build reports, models, and analytics to support FP&A decision-making; collaborate on data pipelines, governance, automation, and system enhancements; maintain financial data models and ensure data quality.

Support assigned spend categories by coordinating contract renewals, executing low-to-medium value sourcing activities, assessing vendor quotations, conducting market research, negotiating lower-risk agreements, coordinating internal reviews, monitoring procurement systems, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies while escalating material issues.

Lead and perform operational, financial, compliance and governance audits, contribute to CSAE 3416 and ICOFR programs, design and test controls, report findings, liaise with stakeholders and external auditors, and coach audit staff to improve control effectiveness and processes.
