Serve as main contact for Group Plan Administrator Support, handling inbound calls and emails, researching and resolving client issues, providing online demonstrations, conducting audits, updating systems, collaborating with teams, and supporting internal/external clients via Microsoft Teams to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Mid-level system analyst responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing and supporting Oracle-based applications (primarily PL/SQL). Duties include coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, on-call production support, and building data interfaces, reports, and models. Hybrid role requiring weekly travel to Edmonton or Calgary offices.

Prepare clinical and economic summaries of drug submissions, perform scientific reviews by class or indication, support formulary management and the Alberta Health Expert Committee, and liaise with government and industry stakeholders.
