It also manages learning vendors, applies adult learning and instructional design principles, partners with organizational leaders, and explores AI-enabled learning solutions.

Manage the Workday and ERP product roadmap, priorities, backlogs, releases, governance, and performance measures. Translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, resolve dependencies, investigate complex issues, and recommend improvements. The role partners with business, technology, security, data, operations, delivery, and vendor teams while guiding product staff without formal supervisory responsibility.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Information Management and Technology branch, including executive calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, leadership materials, action tracking, records management, onboarding and offboarding, financial coding, SharePoint organization, governance support, and process improvement. The role supports the VP/CIO office and leadership team while coordinating with internal partners and external stakeholders.
