Coordinate multilingual localization requests from intake through delivery, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Track scopes, timelines, costs, and production schedules; prepare translation keys and string files; verify placeholders and formatting; maintain glossaries and terminology resources; and perform linguistic and technical quality assurance. Help establish scalable localization workflows that preserve terminology, brand voice, cultural appropriateness, and usability across platform assets, communications, and customer-facing content.

Own a geographic territory and drive full-cycle B2B new-logo sales across industrial sectors including oil and gas, mining, utilities, and manufacturing. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification using MEDDIC or BANT, solution demonstrations, ROI-based selling, negotiation, closing, forecasting, CRM management, and customer handoff. The role requires exceeding quota, engaging executive stakeholders, building business cases, and traveling within the assigned territory as needed.

Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers, owning retention, renewals, expansion revenue, adoption, and long-term account growth. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, forecast renewals and pipeline, and coordinate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Support. Success is measured through retention, expansion ARR, customer adoption, forecast accuracy, and customer advocacy.
