Alexandra Community Health Centre (The Alex)

The Alex is a Calgary-based not-for-profit community health centre providing barrier-free, team-based care to people facing illness, hunger, trauma or unstable housing. It combines health services with housing and social supports to help clients address addiction, mental health challenges, poverty and homelessness. Its programs include community, youth and seniors’ clinics, mobile care, supportive housing, and food and wellness services, with a focus on whole-person care and community wellbeing.
