Maintain accurate spreadsheets, exports, reports, SOPs, and case logs while identifying listing suppressions and performance issues. Collaborate with marketplace, marketing, creative, and agency teams, escalating blockers and executing updates precisely. Experience with Walmart or international marketplaces, regulated categories, and health-related products is preferred.

Lead creative vision and produce digital and print assets, including email campaigns, display ads, animations, social media content, marketing materials, and desktop/mobile UI designs. Use design expertise, marketing trends, data, and AI tools to improve conversion rates, opt-ins, user experiences, and sales. Mentor and review designers, provide creative feedback, and collaborate with project managers on resourcing and timelines.

Lead design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for a React-based storefront and backend middleware. Integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flaky tests, track QA metrics, perform API/performance/load testing, and mentor QA developers to improve release stability and reporting.
