Own and optimize Amazon listings and account health: update titles, bullets, backend attributes, images and A+ content; manage cases end-to-end; research keywords and track listing performance with tools like Helium 10; support and monitor Amazon advertising data; maintain accurate spreadsheets and SOP-driven processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent suppressions and improve marketplace performance.

Lead design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for a React-based storefront and backend middleware. Integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flaky tests, track QA metrics, perform API/performance/load testing, and mentor QA developers to improve release stability and reporting.
