The Communications Specialist will support internal communication plans, create engaging content, and coordinate communication across stakeholders to enhance employee engagement.

The Employee Communications Consultant will develop and implement internal communication strategies, providing counsel and support to stakeholders, while monitoring communication effectiveness and adhering to established standards.

Handle moderately complex, unrepresented Ontario Accident Benefits and related injury claims: investigate, interpret policy coverage, set reserves, negotiate and settle claims, document files, liaise with claimants, vendors, medical professionals and lawyers, and support/mentor Accident Benefit Claim Advisors.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates claims training for Allstate Canada. Facilitates virtual instructor-led sessions, develops learning materials and procedural documentation, tracks learner progress, identifies performance gaps, and partners with stakeholders to align training with business needs and compliance.

The Bilingual Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs, design and develop engaging learning solutions, and manage instructional design projects, while collaborating with stakeholders in both English and French.
