Interpret policy coverage, document files, negotiate settlements, process payments within authority, mentor Claims Assistants, meet productivity and quality targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the National Catastrophe Claims team.

Handle moderately complex, unrepresented Ontario Accident Benefits and related injury claims: investigate, interpret policy coverage, set reserves, negotiate and settle claims, document files, liaise with claimants, vendors, medical professionals and lawyers, and support/mentor Accident Benefit Claim Advisors.

Investigate and settle complex automobile insurance claims by reviewing policies, determining coverage and liability, collaborating with customers, service suppliers, other insurers and law enforcement, and delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining accurate digital records.
