Acquire new financial services clients by prospecting hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research departments. Manage the full sales cycle, including research, cold outreach, relationship building, product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, pipeline development, and closing. Partner with marketing and product teams to support brand awareness, user adoption, and product improvement.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for financial services prospects, including hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research departments. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, product demonstrations, trials, forecasting, relationship building, and closing new client business. The role also partners with marketing, product specialists, product management, and content teams to support growth and improve products.

Provides first-line and escalated customer and product support through email, chat, and calls. Troubleshoots technical issues, guides users through platform features, escalates problems, and communicates with customers through resolution. Partners with Product, Engineering, SRE, and Customer Education on feedback, incident response, training, documentation, and feature testing. Acts as a product expert while identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, support processes, and product experience.

Design, build, and operate identity, authentication, and authorization platforms (user management, authN, authZ) at scale. Partner with security to ensure SOC2/GDPR-compliant, secure-by-design systems. Deliver APIs and self-service tooling (GraphQL/gRPC/REST), improve observability, testing, and reliability, and drive roadmap and execution across time zones.

Own the zero-to-one lifecycle for integrating structured financial data into AlphaSense. Translate investor research and capital-markets workflows into data requirements, architectures, and product solutions. Partner with engineering and platform teams across Web, Excel, and AI to deliver, test, launch, and enhance products. Conduct customer research, analyze competitors and industry trends, prioritize trade-offs, and align cross-functional stakeholders around product strategy and execution.

Lead development and evolution of AlphaSense's financial data taxonomy and generation rules. Serve as subject-matter expert, align cross-functional teams, define requirements for new datasets, ensure AI/LLM compatibility, maintain documentation, and build scalable frameworks to expand and maintain high-quality structured financial data for capital markets users.
