Architect scalable automation across data pipelines, model validation, APIs, and UIs; drive observability and performance practices; coach teams on shift-left quality and automation; support test planning, exploratory testing, and release gates to ensure reliable, data-driven delivery at scale.

Provide first-line technical and product support via email, chat, and calls. Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate to engineering, drive incident responses, and collaborate with Product to surface feedback. Create and update documentation, lead training and beta feature testing, and help optimize user adoption and engagement.

Own and evolve AlphaSense's structured financial data taxonomy library. Define naming standards and governance, collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable taxonomy and data structures, ensure AI/LLM compatibility, document semantics, identify gaps during dataset onboarding, and build repeatable taxonomy frameworks for future growth.
