Coordinate enterprise-wide interview scheduling, background checks, offer-to-onboarding workflows, Workday data validation, recruitment documentation, approvals, reporting, and Talent Acquisition programs. Lead AltaGas Midstream’s growth capital governance and strategic investment evaluation. Manage a team conducting financial modeling, valuation, risk analysis, and capital project reviews. Prepare executive and leadership materials, challenge investment assumptions, support long-range and capital planning, and oversee post-investment performance reviews. Partner with Business Development and Commercial teams to improve capital allocation, investment decision-making, and project outcomes.

Leads end-to-end sourcing, procurement, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management for complex goods and services supporting major capital projects. Evaluates suppliers, develops sourcing strategies, manages purchase orders, contracts, amendments, claims, changes, compliance, and closeout. Provides commercial guidance, mitigates supply chain and contractual risks, monitors supplier performance, validates invoices, and improves procurement practices while collaborating with project, engineering, legal, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.

Support settlement and processing of physical energy marketing transactions, prepare accruals and variance analysis, reconcile margins and GLs, support regulatory reporting and SOX compliance, lead process improvements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across front/mid/back-office teams.
