Supports AltaGas Communications initiatives by drafting and editing internal and external content, assisting with campaign planning and measurement, following brand guidelines, coordinating events, and supporting employee engagement and ad hoc projects. The internship provides hands-on corporate communications experience, mentorship, networking, professional development, executive speaker opportunities, and a capstone project.

Supports business development initiatives by researching energy markets, analyzing growth opportunities, contributing to strategic planning, preparing materials for leadership reviews, participating in team meetings, and assisting with ad hoc projects. The internship provides exposure to commercial strategy, investment evaluation, and business development within the midstream energy industry, along with mentorship, networking, professional development, and a capstone project.

Finance interns support financial analysis, reporting, data validation, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, dashboards, presentations, and process improvement. Depending on team placement, interns may work in tax, cash processing, midstream marketing finance, or planning and reporting. The role includes cross-functional collaboration, special projects, professional development, networking, and a capstone project.
