The Sr Substation Engineer will manage lifecycle maintenance engineering for substation equipment, leading assessments and improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reliability.

Support analysis, modeling, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Maintain market pricing, run benchmarking, prepare reports and dashboards, administer salary and incentive processes, ensure data integrity, support HR partners, and assist with policy compliance and program implementations.

Lead a portfolio of complex customer transmission projects from request through AUC permitting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, cost, schedule, risks, and regulatory deliverables (AESO/AUC), interface with customers and stakeholders, lead consultants and contractors, transition projects to delivery, and mentor junior staff while driving customer-focused outcomes.
