Design and deliver electrical substation projects (25kV–500kV) including layouts, equipment selection, grounding, protection & control, SCADA, telecom integration, cost/time estimates, construction support, and standards compliance.

Lead business transformation for EAM/ERP replacement across operations: define requirements, operating model, data stewardship, readiness, adoption, benefits realization, governance, and executive reporting while managing a 10-20 person team and partnering with IS and external vendors.

Manage large, complex IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget. Provide mentoring to junior project managers and maintain stakeholder communication.
