Manages and develops engineers through regular feedback, hiring, and resource planning. Champions AI-assisted development, responsible AI, and inclusive team culture. Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, supports pre-sales activities, resolves engineering blockers, and contributes to cross-pod technical guilds.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop and deliver ML-powered applications, working with cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks while actively participating in technical design and collaboration within a project pod.

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-integrated applications, mentor team members, and engage with clients on technical scopes, emphasizing hands-on development and architectural decisions.
