Develop and maintain frontend and backend software for an agentic AI platform. Responsibilities include implementing features, troubleshooting bugs and integrations, improving performance and dashboard usability, collaborating across teams, leveraging AI development tools, supporting testing and CI/CD, contributing to documentation and code reviews, and participating in agile workflows.

Design enterprise AI products from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct client and user research, rapidly create and test prototypes, assess usability risk, and refine experiences based on observed behavior. Collaborate closely with product managers and technical leads, contribute to shared design systems, improve design standards, and incorporate accessibility requirements for public-sector clients.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop and deliver ML-powered applications, working with cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks while actively participating in technical design and collaboration within a project pod.

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering applied AI solutions: own architecture, remove blockers, ensure scalable quality deliveries, coach engineers, champion Responsible AI practices, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and support hiring and resource planning.

Serve as part-time (approx. 2–3 days/week) primary legal advisor owning commercial contracting, corporate governance, cap table administration, board and investor support, transaction and due-diligence work, and management of outside counsel. Develop templates/playbooks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely, executive-level legal guidance to enable smooth transactions and controlled external legal spend.
