Lead client success and delivery for complex AI engagements, owning client relationships, adoption, renewals, and delivery outcomes. Oversee delivery teams, manage scope, budgets, and developer allocation, surface upsell and product opportunities, contribute to proposals, and coach delivery staff to ensure measurable client value.

Owner of full accounting cycle: monthly bookkeeping, payroll, tax filings, reconciliations, cashflow and financial reporting. Support budgeting, investor/board reports, forecasting, grant reporting, and general operations tasks like onboarding and contracts.

Lead multiple engineering teams to ensure technical excellence, architectural integrity, and on-time delivery. Remove blockers, run 1:1s, grow engineers, enforce Responsible AI and quality, coordinate with clients, and support hiring and resource planning.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will develop and deliver ML-powered applications, working with cloud services, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks while actively participating in technical design and collaboration within a project pod.
