Serve as part-time (approx. 2–3 days/week) primary legal advisor owning commercial contracting, corporate governance, cap table administration, board and investor support, transaction and due-diligence work, and management of outside counsel. Develop templates/playbooks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide timely, executive-level legal guidance to enable smooth transactions and controlled external legal spend.

Lead discovery and design of agentic AI solutions, translate business problems into production-grade architectures, deploy and scale systems on AltaForge, define evaluation standards, ensure secure and auditable workflows, and support account growth and measurable ROI.

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering applied AI solutions: own architecture, remove blockers, ensure scalable quality deliveries, coach engineers, champion Responsible AI practices, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and support hiring and resource planning.
