Individual contributor responsible for prospecting and winning SME corporate travel accounts. Deliver consultative sales to C-level stakeholders, create customized proposals and demos, manage pipeline and ROI, close deals, and ensure implementation and account activation. Up to 50% travel within territory.

Lead Travel Consultant handles complex domestic and international corporate travel bookings using Sabre GDS, advises clients on cost-effective itineraries and policy compliance, manages disruptions and emergencies, mentors team members, supports escalations and workflow, and contributes to training and process improvements while maintaining service-level agreements and data integrity.

Provide remote corporate travel booking and advisory services using Sabre GDS for domestic and international air, rail, road, and accommodations. Ensure policy compliance, anticipate traveler needs to sell services, resolve customer issues, use positive phone techniques, and collaborate with teammates to coach and improve service levels across 24x7 shift coverage.
