Lead IC layout designer responsible for top/chip-level layouts, managing layout resources and deliverables, performing tapeout and bonding diagram creation, and collaborating with schematic designers, section leads, and package/assembly engineers. Mentors junior staff and ensures schedule, design, and quality requirements are met for mixed-signal/analog semiconductor projects.

Support and enhance ADI's global compliance program aligned to enterprise risk and ISO 37301. Monitor regulatory developments, update policies, execute risk‑based monitoring and testing, manage investigations and remediation, support audits, develop training and communications, track metrics, and collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.
