Teams at Andromeda (andromeda.ai)

Build code, documentation, benchmarks, reference architectures, integrations, and developer community resources for an AI infrastructure platform. Support customer onboarding and incidents, reproduce performance claims, create tools for distributed training and inference, enable partners and providers, and advocate internally for product and developer-experience improvements. This individual contributor role defines Andromeda’s Developer Relations function and owns its content, documentation, community, and open-source strategy.

Own technical engagements end-to-end for large customers: lead technical discovery and POCs, design GPU/HPC cluster and workload architectures, provision and validate production training runs, optimize performance and cost, and build SA assets (runbooks, benchmarks, reference architectures). Act as named technical owner to grow accounts and feed product/engineering with customer feedback.

Lead and build the revenue operations function: own HubSpot CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting dashboards, deal desk and RACI, comp and capacity planning, cross-functional processes between sales, supply, legal, and finance, and introduce AI-driven efficiencies to automate reporting and ops.
