Teams at Anthropic

Build trusted relationships with municipal and provincial governments, community organizations, economic development partners, residents, and workforce groups around Canadian data centre projects. Develop market-specific engagement strategies, host public sessions, represent Anthropic at hearings and community events, monitor local sentiment, coordinate community investments, and advise infrastructure teams on risks and opportunities. The role also creates scalable community engagement processes and collaborates with communications, sustainability, energy, real estate, legal, and policy teams.

Lead Anthropic's compute expansion in Canada by owning site selection through operations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (leasing, energy, finance, policy, construction), engage government and utilities, manage risks, and translate global compute priorities to Canadian regulatory and market contexts.
