Build, operate, and improve AIMCo’s modern data platform and Azure services. Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation, developer tooling, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and operational processes. Support data integration, ingestion, streaming, platform reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot incidents, document procedures, evaluate technologies, and collaborate with Data, AI, Architecture, Cloud Services, Governance, and business teams using Agile and DevOps practices.

Leads corporate and operational risk assurance within Internal Audit, including risk-based audit planning, complex assurance engagements, risk assessments, advisory work, investigations, and Audit Committee reporting. Develops assurance frameworks, evaluates governance and controls, strengthens risk culture, and advances continuous monitoring through data analytics and automation. Partners with executives and senior stakeholders while leading and developing high-performing audit and risk professionals.

An 18-month rotational investment management program for recent graduates, featuring three six-month rotations across multiple asset classes. Fundamental analysts conduct investment research, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and prepare recommendations. Quantitative analysts build models, analytical tools, data infrastructure, backtests, risk analytics, portfolio construction analyses, and visualizations. Candidates collaborate with investment professionals, support portfolio management, and use financial and quantitative technologies. Relocation to Calgary is required, with potential extension or full-time employment after completion.

Leads quantitative investment research supporting total portfolio construction, asset allocation, tactical positioning, risk decomposition, stress testing, and investment committee decisions.
