Coordinates employee engagement, onboarding, reboarding, learning, development, and talent initiatives. Administers the Learning Management System and supports Workday data integrity, reporting, dashboards, communications, events, vendor management, and program documentation. Tracks milestones, manages multiple priorities, supports stakeholders, and identifies process improvements across talent programs.

Supports enterprise talent management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, learning programs, talent analytics, and continuous improvement. Develops resources, communications, dashboards, and workforce insights; coordinates development initiatives; manages learning vendors; and partners with HR, leaders, and stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, adaptability, and independent ownership of initiatives.

Supports investment risk management by developing and monitoring risk metrics, reports, analytics workflows, and data processes. The intern analyzes risk outputs, identifies anomalies, automates reporting, improves data quality and operational efficiency, documents methodologies, and contributes to emerging technology applications. The role provides practical experience in quantitative analysis, programming, risk management, and institutional investment operations.
