Supports and optimizes the SimCorp Dimension investment management platform through production support, incident resolution, workflow configuration, testing, releases, upgrades, automation, and process improvement. Partners with business, operations, technology, architecture, development, and vendor teams to improve data quality, operational controls, platform stability, resilience, and efficiency across investment lifecycle processes.

Leads Microsoft 365 adoption and enablement across the organization. Partners with business teams to identify opportunities, builds demonstrations and prototypes using Copilot, SharePoint, and Power Platform, and delivers workshops, training, office hours, and onboarding. Creates self-service guidance, develops a champions network, tracks adoption analytics, evaluates new capabilities, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with cloud, security, talent, and business stakeholders on effective and governed technology use.

Build, operate, and improve AIMCo’s modern data platform and Azure services. Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation, developer tooling, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and operational processes. Support data integration, ingestion, streaming, platform reliability, security, performance, and cost optimization. Troubleshoot incidents, document procedures, evaluate technologies, and collaborate with Data, AI, Architecture, Cloud Services, Governance, and business teams using Agile and DevOps practices.
