The Senior Data Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders to answer complex business questions through customer, product, partner, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include defining metrics, building data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks, conducting exploratory and ad hoc analyses, and delivering actionable recommendations. The role also collaborates with Analytics Engineering to improve data quality and accessibility while influencing strategic decisions across a remote B2B SaaS organization.

Lead Appfire’s Platform and Innovation portfolios, defining strategy, roadmaps, platform capabilities, AI services, and 0-to-1 product development. Own the technical relationship with Atlassian, including platform, API, Forge, Marketplace, security, and ecosystem changes. Build and coach product leadership teams, manage investment decisions, drive platform adoption, and oversee commercial outcomes including revenue, customer adoption, and product launches.
