Drive growth for APPLY’s Sports & Media vertical by researching target accounts, executing personalized account-based outreach, building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and leading complex enterprise pursuits through close. The role owns a portfolio of priority accounts, develops pipeline, coordinates partners and internal teams, supports proposals and RFPs, maintains CRM reporting, and is accountable for closing $3M+ in new revenue during the first full year.

Creates brand identities, stylescapes, moodboards, brand books, and UI designs for client engagements. Uses Figma and generative AI tools to develop visual concepts, campaign assets, and production-ready interfaces. Leads brand workshops, presents creative rationale to stakeholders, collaborates with product designers and developers, and applies graphic design principles across typography, layout, color, and composition. Works in an agency or consulting environment across multiple concurrent projects.

Design and prototype an AI-driven brand-building platform that consolidates legacy tools and workflows. Responsibilities include information architecture, agentic user flows, high-fidelity rapid prototyping, design system contributions, usability testing, stakeholder facilitation, and translating design concepts for engineering and executive audiences. This is a full-time short-term contract through December 2026, with hybrid or remote work in Canada.

Leads the global talent acquisition function while personally managing full-cycle and executive recruiting. Responsibilities include team leadership, proactive sourcing, regional hiring operations, executive stakeholder partnership, employer branding, diversity initiatives, recruitment analytics, process optimization, candidate experience, and adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools.

Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation through closure for enterprise clients. Manage scope, roadmaps, budgets, resources, risks, delivery methodologies, and client communications. Own AI-enabled delivery guardrails, review gates, workflows, and value measurement. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders, mentor project managers, and support account growth. Continuously improve project management practices through automation, reusable assets, and AI tools.

The Director of Experience Design will lead the UI design for AI-driven projects, ensuring high-quality design processes while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The Senior Director of Business Development will manage sales plans, engage with tier 1 clients, lead proposal development, and collaborate with partners to achieve growth targets.
