Lead product strategy and roadmaps for web experiences, gather and analyze stakeholder and user feedback, write and maintain PRDs, manage backlog/release planning, ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and technical requirements are met, measure product impact, and build client and vendor relationships.

Design, build, and maintain subscription management features and integrations across front-end and back-end systems. Implement RESTful APIs, webhook handlers, and entitlement management; debug subscription issues across platforms; write unit tests; collaborate on architecture and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead end-to-end implementations of CDP, CRM, and marketing automation systems; design MarTech stacks; write technical requirements; guide engineers and PMs; run migrations and optimizations; provide marketing analytics, attribution audits, and journey mapping support.
