Lead and scale the Experience Design and Product practice: develop senior leaders, standardize AI-enabled workflows, own financials and monetization, drive quality and innovation, support business development and external thought leadership.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and requirements for client digital products; gather and analyze feedback, run workshops, manage backlogs and releases, define measurement plans, ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and delivery quality, and maintain client and vendor relationships to drive ROI.

Lead end-to-end MarTech implementations (CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation), translate business needs into technical requirements, design integrations and data schemas, guide internal engineers, support marketing analytics and journey mapping, and advise clients on MarTech stack optimization and migrations.
